Rubi Gupta

Rubi Gupta is a skilled researcher with extensive experience in the field of biotechnology and cellular therapy. Currently serving as a Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of California, Los Angeles since May 2022, Rubi focuses on CAR-T cell therapy for melanoma. Prior to this role, Rubi completed a Postdoctoral Researcher position at the CAR-T Cell Therapy Centre in Mumbai, engaged in exploring CAR modified T-Cells for treating relapsed/refractory B-Cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Rubi holds a PhD in Agricultural Biotechnology from Assam Agricultural University, having conducted doctoral research on genetic improvement of legumes, as well as a Master's degree in Biotechnology from Gauhati University. Additional research experience includes roles at the International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology and Daiichi Sankyo Life Sciences Research Centre.
