Solay Rad is a seasoned financial professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in financial planning and community building. As the Founder of The Birthright Foundation and Men of Means, Rad focuses on creating supportive environments for spiritual growth and healthy masculinity among professional men. Additionally, Rad serves as President of AffluenceR Financial, a tax and financial planning firm in Beverly Hills, and as an instructor at UCLA, educating adults on financial and estate planning. Previously, Rad held the position of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional at Searchlight Financial Advisors, specializing in retirement planning for women, seniors, and executives, and worked as an Investment Advisor at MetLife Financial Services. Educational credentials include a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification from UCLA and a BS in Finance, Real Estate & Insurance from California State University, Northridge.
