Travis Dagenais

Travis Dagenais serves as the Director of Communications and Outreach for UCLA Architecture and Urban Design since November 2021. Prior to this role, Travis held various positions at Harvard University, including Associate Director of Communications and Public Affairs for the Graduate School of Design, where responsibilities included earning press coverage and conveying the school's research and projects to diverse audiences. Earlier experience encompasses a progression at Beacon Press from Publicity Assistant to Associate Publicist & Foreign Rights Associate, where Travis secured media coverage for a non-fiction book series. Additional roles include Marketing & Publicity Assistant at The Harvard Common Press and Acquisitions Assistant at Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, alongside freelance editorial work. Travis holds a BA in History and English from Bowdoin College, earned in 2008.
