Xia Li

Xia Li is a Data Scientist at Microsoft since October 2022, specializing in using data science techniques to enhance the efficiency of on-call engineers in quickly accessing diagnostic data for Azure incidents, while also monitoring service health and deployment speed through time-series analysis. Xia has been a Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of California, Los Angeles since August 2018, and previously served as a Summer Associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co. during the summer of 2021. Xia holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Applied Mathematics from UCLA, completed in September 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics from Sichuan University, earned in 2018. Educational background also includes studies at UC San Diego and Chengdu No.7 High School.
