Janet Chen

Janet Chen is the Director of SML at UCloud and has extensive experience in sales management, sales operations, and customer service operations within the cloud computing, financial, and logistics industries. They previously held leadership roles at PayPal, where they managed sales optimization and excellence teams, and at DHL, overseeing customer care operations in East China. Janet has a Master's degree from Fudan University and is currently pursuing a degree in English Education from Shanghai Normal University. They are a certified National secondary psychological consultant, focusing on training, project management, and people management.
