Yimeng Shi

Mr. Yimeng Shi has served as our chief financial officer since 2014. Previously, Mr. Shi worked at Huawei from 2005 to 2014, where he performed finance management in Huawei UK & Ireland, Huawei North Latin America. From 2004 to 2005, Mr. Shi served as Accountant at Nortel Communication Equipment Co., Ltd. in Guangdong. Mr. Shi also serves as a director of Maya System, Inc., in which we made an equity investment.

Mr. Shi received his Master’s degree in law from Jinan University in Guangzhou, China. He also received his bachelor’s degree in Business Study in Accountancy from the University of Massey in New Zealand.
