Gregory Dash

Gregory Dash is an experienced professional in policy research and strategy, currently working at UCLU since June 2025. Previously, Gregory served as a Strategy Research and Insight lead at NCS - National Citizen Service Trust from January 2023 to June 2025, focusing on skills development, mental health, and social cohesion. Prior roles include advising on strategy, culture, and impact at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, and working as a Political Officer and Advisor for the Labour Party, contributing significantly to political strategy, policy development, and electoral campaigns. Gregory's background includes social research with youth charities and academia as a Lecturer at Aberystwyth University, where a Ph.D. was earned focusing on renewable energy's impact on communities. Educational qualifications include advanced degrees in media communication and biology.
