With ever increasing stringent procedures to follow, ensuring that your onboarding process is compliant can cause sleepless nights.

uComply's business solutions provide full, easy to use, accurate processes that ensure both your critical internal and external checks are completed in one standardised procedure.

Our aim is to simplify the onboarding of your employees using a digital process with both an on-the-go mobile option as well as a web based solution allowing your staff to complete checks anytime, anywhere.

uIDentify has been certified with the Government's Digital Identity Certification Scheme allowing us to provide remote checking of UK and Irish workers creating Digital ID’s which can be utilised by the company to remotely recruit workers.

Our uOnboard application provides one simple process for all employee onboarding needs. The process fully integrates your procedures and includes your Contract of Employment, H&S, Payroll forms and flows from uAuthenticate incorporating Right to Work as per the Home Office guidance whilst providing instant access to all documents on a secure UK cloud hosted solution.

uAuthenticate is a Right to Work application which can be used in conjunction with uOnboard or stand alone. It ensures all Right to Work checks fully comply with the Home Office guidance and will enable your staff to spot a fake ID in seconds. Being able to sleep easy knowing you’re compliant when a Home Office inspection takes place is invaluable and we can help!

In addition, we can support staff training with a fully customised service that includes updates on current guidance, document examination, how to deal with a suspicious document and how to incorporate technology in your business.

We make employee compliance simple, can support you and reduce those sleepless nights!
