Marcus Nobre has a diverse work experience. Marcus started their career as a Business Analyst and Intern at HSBC, where they were involved in projects related to global standardization of collection indicators and automation of reports using SAS and ACCESS databases. Marcus then moved on to work as an Analyst MIS/BI at Bradesco, specializing in credit recovery. In 2017, they became the CEO of uCondo, a position they still hold. In 2020, they joined Endeavor Brasil as an Entrepreneur Scale-up, participating in a program for rapidly growing companies and entrepreneurs with the ambition to become successful examples in Brazil and worldwide. Overall, Marcus has demonstrated their expertise in business analysis, management, and entrepreneurship throughout their career.
Marcus Nobre completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Universidade Positivo from 2011 to 2015. Marcus also participated in the Microsoft S2B Program in 2011, where they received training in web application development.

Quick and uncomplicated interactions between trustees and condominium owners are some of uCondo's objectives, which offersan intuitive and easy to use condominium management system. Connected via API with a platform for financial automation, signatures management and marketplace and we launched our own Financial Module with the lowest market ticket, automated reports like: balance sheets, condominium financial statements and defaults.
