Morgan Otten

Morgan Otten is an experienced product development manager with a focus on the meal kit sector at UCOOK since June 2022, overseeing a team that creates 24 dishes per week while managing the development cycle and ensuring key performance indicators are met. Prior to UCOOK, Morgan held various roles at Pesto Princess Foods from October 2018 to June 2022, culminating as NPD Manager, responsible for launching new products and enhancing existing offerings. Morgan's career began at In2food, progressing from an R&D Coordinator to a Senior New Product Developer, managing product development across multiple categories and maintaining strong relationships with key clients such as Woolworths. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Consumer Science: Food and Nutrition from Cape Peninsula University of Technology and has completed additional educational programs at Stellenbosch Business School and Cape Wine Academy.
