Lea Kaspersen is currently serving as the Administrationschef at UCplus Dansk since 2022. With a solid background in medical assistance and service management from Bupa Global, Lea worked as a Medical Assistance Advisor from 2004 to 2015 and then as a Service Manager from 2015 to 2021. Prior to their current role, they were the Head of Complaint Management at Demant from 2021 to 2022. Lea is also pursuing a master's degree in business and development at Copenhagen Business School.
