Ale De Alba

Ale De Alba, MA, is the University Director at UCPM, where they lead the development of innovative training and education programs focused on environmental risk management. With over a decade of experience in higher education, Ale has previously served as a Clerk in the UCLA Spanish and Portuguese Department, an Undergraduate Advisor at UCLA, and as a Career Engagement Educator at UCLA. They have also held roles at Code2College and Arizona State University, emphasizing career readiness and employer partnerships. Ale earned a Master’s Degree in Counselor Education from Loyola Marymount University and completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at UCLA.
