Scott Cascaes

Scott Cascaes serves as Vice President at UCPM Environmental Insurance since December 2014, where the organization supports retail insurance agencies in addressing environmental client needs. Prior to this role, Scott occupied the position of General Manager at Action Fabricating from October 2007 to December 2014, successfully enhancing revenues and positioning the company for market growth. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Wells Fargo, overseeing home equity lending operations, and as Production Manager at Bank One, where Scott contributed to the startup of internet lending operations. Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking & Finance from the University of North Dakota and further education from Dickinson State University.
