Latha M is a seasoned software professional with extensive experience in frontend development and software engineering. Currently serving as the Founder and Senior Software Engineer at Lightning since June 2023, Latha previously worked at GlobalLogic as a Software Engineer from August 2020 to June 2023. Prior to that, Latha held the position of Frontend Developer (ReactJS) at LeapMile Logistics Private Limited from February to December 2019 and worked as a UI Developer at Appiness Interactive Pvt. Ltd. from April 2017 to February 2019. Earlier in the career, Latha contributed as a UI Developer at Skyore Technology from December 2016 to March 2017. Latha M holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from The Oxford College of Science.
