Martin Epelde

Martin Epelde has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Currently, they serve as the CEO of Lyncros, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Executive Director at Lyncros from January 2018 to September 2022, where they were responsible for developing strategies and products leveraging core solutions.

Before joining Lyncros, Martin was a Co-Founder & Board Directors Member at ucrop.it since January 2018. Martin also worked as the Sales Director Latin America at Coldview Latam from December 2014 to January 2018.

Martin has prior experience at Hewlett-Packard, where they held various roles. Martin served as the Country Manager Uruguay from October 2012 to November 2014 and as an Account General Manager from April 2011 to September 2012. In these positions, they were responsible for overseeing HP business operations in Techint Group World Wide, managing hardware, software, services, and outsourcing operations.

Before their tenure at Hewlett-Packard, Martin worked at Coldview Latam as a Sales & Operations Manager from December 2009 to April 2011. Martin was also employed at Hewlett Packard South Cone as a Storage Sales Manager from January 2007 to December 2009. In these roles, they were responsible for sales, operations, brand positioning, and market penetration strategies.

Additionally, Martin Epelde has experience at Dell EMC, where they worked as an Account Manager from 2005 to 2007, managing retail, manufacturing, and industry territories. Martin also served as a Channel Sales Rep - Inside Partner Sales from 2003 to 2005, responsible for commercial relationships with sales channels and increasing demands for EMC solutions.

Prior to their career in the technology industry, Martin owned their own business, Home Consulting Service, from March 1995 to January 2003, where they specialized in refurbishments, alterations, and negotiating with suppliers.

Martin Epelde attended the University of Buenos Aires from 1999 to 2005. In 2005, they also completed the EMC New Hire Training program at Babson College. Later that same year, Martin studied "The Art of Negotiation" at the IAE Business School. In 2012, they briefly attended Stanford University to pursue a Grado, but the field of study is unknown.
