Tomás Peña

Tomás Peña is the Managing Partner of The Yield Lab LATAM and serves on the boards of Circular, Solena, and EIWA. They previously held the position of Deputy Director at Interbanking and contributed as an Advisory Board Member at NXTP Labs. Tomás began their career at Banco Galicia, where they progressed rapidly through various roles, ultimately managing substantial assets and leading significant marketing efforts in the wholesale banking division. They co-founded Solapa 4 and served as US Country Manager, further demonstrating their entrepreneurial spirit. Currently, they also act as a Board Observer for ucrop.it.
