Ishu Verma is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and business management within the e-commerce and supply chain sectors. Since January 2020, Ishu has served as the Regional Business Head at udaan.com, focusing on the growth and profitability of the Food & FMCG business across North India while leading cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. Prior to udaan.com, Ishu held the role of Director of Operations at Blinkit, where significant cost reductions were achieved. Ishu's career began at Flipkart, progressing from an Assistant Manager to Senior Manager, contributing to the establishment of India's first automated fulfillment center and driving productivity through automation. Educational qualifications include an MBA from UPES, a degree in Instrumentation Engineering from Guru Jambheshwar University, and advanced studies in strategy at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
