Ayushi Jain

Ayushi Jain is a Technical Performance Specialist with the Global Student Operations team at Udacity, where they focus on performance management and process improvements to enhance the student learning experience. Previously, Ayushi worked as a Network Engineer at Ericsson, analyzing network coverage issues and optimizing solutions. Ayushi also gained experience as a Management Trainee at Grail Insights, contributing to research projects in the Technology Media and Telecom sector, and served as a mentor and evaluator in Data Science and Business Analytics at Great Learning. Ayushi holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and a Post Graduate Program in Data Science from the Great Lakes Institute of Management. Additionally, they completed an Executive Education program in Product Management at the Indian School of Business in 2023.
