Matthew Franks

Matt joins Udacity team with close to 20 years of evaluated experience in the HR technology and skilling industry leading high performing sales and customer success teams. As a lifelong learner, this industry has a very special meaning to him. Matt firmly believes that growth is the only guarantee we all have that tomorrow can be better than today. That means, when done right, we have the power to transform people and organizations for a positive difference.

Prior to joining Udacity, Matt led the North America market unit at Skillsoft, as well as the North America new business team at Pluralsight. Matt is a graduate of Hillsdale College where he majored in business administration and marketing and was a four year collegiate athlete on the football team.
