Thammarith Soukthavone

Thammarith (Nick) Soukthavone is an accomplished sales enablement and customer success professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Sales Enablement Lead at Udacity, Nick previously held significant positions at SAP, including Global Director of Customer Success and Retention/Renewals Enablement, where strategic direction and operational standards were established for the SAP Cloud Customer Engagement team. Additional experience includes roles at Oracle NetSuite and MediaAlpha, where sales productivity and customer relationship management were prioritized. Nick has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Windsor and a Diploma in Entertainment Business Management from Vancouver Film School.
