Dancing connects - udansa makes it possible for everyone.
We are more than just a platform.
We create a place where people can move - inside and outside.
Regardless of location, origin, experience or perfection.

Our mission:
Dance for everyone. Worldwide. Real. Accessible.

We use smart technology to connect dance providers and dancers, but our focus is not on code.
It's the human being.

We believe:
You don't have to be perfect to dance.
You can just be yourself.
And that's exactly what we celebrate.

Our culture:
At udansa, it's the team that counts, not the position.
For us, leadership is about listening, not taking action.
We live trust, not control.
We celebrate success, not overtime.
And we believe that everyone can do something really well.

Our structures are built in such a way that people can grow - not overwhelmed, not bent, but strengthened.

What makes us special:
Our logo is not perfect.
And that is intentional.
Because we are human too.
And that is precisely where our strength comes from.

We believe in connection. In happiness. In authenticity.
And in you.
