Alan Walker is the CEO of Udder, a HR technology consulting firm dedicated to helping organisations transform HR through technology and realise ROI on modern HR tech. They co-founded Udder in 2018 and have served as CEO since 2025. They are an ambassador for UNLEASH, a Head Judge of the IHR Awards, and actively contribute to talent content initiatives as Editor-in-Chief of #ChatTalent, host of The ChatTalent People Podcast, and co-host of the Talent Intelligence Collective Podcast. Their past leadership roles include Director, Talent Acquisition at Pearson (2013-2015) and Managing Director at Equal Approach (2008-2014), and they attended Rawlins High School from 1992 to 1994.
