With over 20 years of experience in high-growth organizations, Eric has led initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, development, and culture-building. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Latin American Studies from American University and are certified in HR Management from Cornell’s ILR School.
