Grainne Wafer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales enablement and field readiness across various organizations. Currently serving as the Global Head of Field Enablement at Udemy since April 2024, Grainne focuses on promoting the Udemy Intelligent Skills Platform and enhancing the capabilities of field teams. As a Board Member of Drinkaware, Grainne supports initiatives to reduce alcohol-related harm. Previously, roles included Strategic Field Readiness Advisor at Workato, Global Head of Field Readiness at Flip App, and Global VP Enablement at SAP, where Grainne was instrumental in driving sales success and developing strategic training programs. Grainne holds a Master’s degree in Business in Practice from University College Cork and a BA in History & Politics from University College Dublin.
