UDGS Foundation, established in 2014, is dedicated to societal betterment beyond mere donations. The foundation emerged from the founders' desire to actively contribute despite facing common barriers such as job demands, family pressures, and a disconnect from existing NGO projects. UDGS offers a platform for those passionate about living for others, engaging in diverse fields like art and culture promotion, education, productive aging, support for differently-abled individuals, poverty eradication, and rural development.

Inspired by the story of the underdog tortoise, UDGS believes in the hidden potential within everyone. This belief is reflected in the name "Under-Dog's." The foundation's projects, "Express and Lead" and "Unfold Yourself," focus on transforming attitudes towards education and the arts through workshops, seminars, and performances. UDGS aims to address the dual challenge of India's growing working-age population and declining happiness levels by fostering a proactive and positive community.
