Steven Cooper

Steven Cooper is an experienced professional in customer success and test engineering, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at UDlive since April 2022. Previously held the position of Senior Test Engineer at SerialTek, where responsibilities included defining, designing, and implementing test processes. Steven's career includes notable roles as a Test Consultant at Advanced Electronics and Apollo Fire Detectors, focusing on the implementation of continuous integration test infrastructures using Python and Jenkins. Early career experiences encompass positions at Seagate Technology, Xyratex, Accelonix, ADFlex Solutions Ltd, and IBM, with expertise spanning test architecture, assurance management, and failure analysis. Steven attained a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from the University of Portsmouth and completed A-Level studies in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry at Mount Grace School.
