Daniel Thorp

Daniel Thorp is the National Director of Facilities at UDR, where they have been since 2021, overseeing facilities teams across Northern California, Oregon, and Washington. Prior to this role, Daniel owned Dan Thorp Construction and served as a Maintenance Supervisor at The Hanover Company, where they managed luxury high-rise apartment communities. With significant experience in the real estate industry, Daniel held various positions that involved coordinating maintenance teams, negotiating vendor contracts, and ensuring compliance with building codes. They also worked as the General Service Director at Equity Residential and as a Regional Maintenance Supervisor at ConAm Management, demonstrating a robust skill set in facility management, team building, and operational oversight. Daniel graduated from Frontier High School.
