David Pearson possesses extensive experience in maintenance and construction management within the real estate sector. Beginning as a Commercial Maintenance Manager at Littlefield Corporation, oversight expanded to commercial properties exceeding 400,000 square feet. Following a tenure as Co-Owner and President of D & C Pearson Constructing, Inc., David held roles including Maintenance Superintendent at The Finger Companies and Senior Maintenance Manager at AMLI Residential, earning "Maintenance Manager of the Year" honors twice. Currently, as Senior Service Manager at UDR, David oversees maintenance during significant luxury high-rise developments. David holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer and Information Sciences with a notable academic record from Hallmark College of Technology.
