Hullinger

Kathy Hullinger is currently the Vice President - Controller at UDR, where they have been since 2018. Previously, they held various accounting roles, including Director of Corporate Accounting at UDR and Director of Financial Reporting at Archstone-Smith. Kathy began their career in the accounting field with positions as an AP Manager at Globus and Cosmos and Affordable Residential Communities. They studied Accounting at Metropolitan State College of Denver and have a rich background in financial management.
