Bariş Uslu has held several engineering and managerial roles, notably serving as the Power Grid Analysis, Planning, and Technical Infrastructure Manager at UEDAŞ from 2015 to 2019, and as a SCADA Automation and Grid Infrastructure Engineer at Uludağ Elektrik Dağıtım A.Ş. from 2019 to 2025. Additionally, Bariş has experience as a Project Engineer at Siemens Turkey (Heitec AG) and worked as a short-term consultant for İçdaş Çelik Enerji Tersane ve Ulaşım San. A.Ş. and Akcansa. Bariş also contributed to the academic community as the Founding Chairman of the PAU IEEE Student Branch from 2011 to 2013. Bariş is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science at Pamukkale Üniversitesi while studying at Çanakkale Milli Piyango Anadolu Lisesi.
