Stephen Lytle currently serves as the Geographic Information Systems Department Manager at Uintah Engineering & Land Surveying since September 2019 and holds the position of Chair for the Planning Commission and Economic Opportunity Advisory Board for Vernal City since July 2021. Previous experience includes roles as a GIS Course Assistant and Undergraduate Teaching Fellow at Utah State University from January 2016 to September 2019, and an intern with Utah State University Extension in 2016, where responsibilities included data collection and journalism. Additionally, Stephen worked as an Avian Diet Analysis Lab Technician at Utah State University in 2015 and led the Student Chapter of The Wildlife Society as President from 2013 to 2015. Stephen earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Utah State University between 2013 and 2019.
