Established in 1988 in Singapore, we are a leading Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) company providing a comprehensive range of services including Environmental Services, Facility Management, and Smart Facility Management solutions for both private and public sectors.

Initially specializing in housekeeping for the healthcare and hospitality sectors, we have expanded our offerings to include technical maintenance and support across various industries, now managing over 70 facilities in Singapore with a workforce exceeding 3,400+ employees.

Our success is built on a technology-driven, people-centered approach, exemplified by innovative solutions like UETrack™ Powered Solutions. Our commitment to excellence is evidenced by certifications such as ISO 41001:2018 and ISO 37001:2016, as well as our consistent Clean Mark Gold accreditation since 2015. With operations in Singapore and Taiwan, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner for clients seeking comprehensive, high-quality facility management solutions.
