Vanina Flecha

Vanina Flecha is currently the Jefa de Secretaría General at ueno bank S.A., where they lead the management of General Secretariat and Shareholder Relations, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. They began their career in customer service, developing a deep understanding of quality service and effective relationship management. Vanina's previous roles include Secretary of the Board and General Management, where they coordinated strategic processes and gained extensive experience in corporate governance. They hold a degree in Corporate Governance for Financial Institutions from the Asociación Latinoamericana de Instituciones Financieras para el Desarrollo (ALIDE) and continue their education at Universidad Americana Paraguay.
