Brian Powell is an experienced leader in the geotechnical engineering and business sectors, currently serving as President of the Texas Region at Universal Engineering Sciences since December 2021. Previously, Brian held the position of President at Alpha Testing starting in August 2002 and worked as a Geotechnical Engineer at several firms, including HBC / Terracon and Emcon, from 1996 to 2002. Brian’s educational background includes a BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Business Administration from The University of Dallas.
