Lacy Kiser

Lacy Kiser is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and administration. Currently serving as Chief Administration Officer and Interim CHRO at UES since February 2024, Lacy previously held the position of Chief Human Resources & Administrative Officer at PLH Group, Inc. from 2014 to 2022, where Lacy revitalized HR functions and optimized shared services. Lacy's background includes roles such as Vice President of Human Resources & Administration at Shaw Group, overseeing HR for a $3.5 billion revenue unit, and GBU HR Director at Bechtel Corporation, where strategic initiatives were driven under Lacy's leadership. Lacy's career began as an Embassy Guard in the USMC from 1990 to 1995. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Advanced HR Executive Program from the University of Michigan, a BS in Organizational Management from Columbia Union College, and an MS in Management from Troy University.
