Mohammad Sooman, Ph.D., P.E., M.ASCE, is a Geotechnical Project Manager with extensive academic and practical experience in engineering. They completed a Doctorate in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2022 and have held positions as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the same university. They contributed as a Civil Engineer at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation in 2017 and have served in various engineering roles, including Geotechnical Engineer/Project Manager at UES from 2025 onwards.
