Norm Baker

Norm Baker possesses extensive experience in Human Resources and organizational development, currently serving as the VP of Acquisition Integration at UES since April 2019, where responsibilities include facilitating due diligence and integrating new acquisitions. In previous roles, Norm has held significant positions in various organizations, including Baker HR Group as a Human Resources Business Consultant, Kaufman Lynn Construction as Vice President of Human Resources, and Zenith Insurance as Vice President of Human Resources. Norm is recognized as a multiple award-winning business enabler and coach, specializing in creating organizational cultures, career coaching, and HR strategy. Norm holds an M.S. in Organizational Communication from Purdue University and a B.S. in Communications from SUNY Oneonta.
