Rick Kushner

Rick Kushner, PE, has extensive experience in the civil engineering field, currently serving as President of the North Florida Division at UES since May 1993, with prior roles as Senior Vice President and Vice President. Before joining UES, Rick Kushner worked at Professional Service Industries, Inc. as a Construction Testing Engineer/Manager from May 1985 to May 1993 and at Law Engineering as a Construction Laboratory Manager from June 1983 to May 1985. Rick Kushner holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
