Victor E. Rivera

Victor E. Rivera, Jr. is an experienced professional in geotechnical engineering and construction materials quality control, currently serving as the CMT Department Manager and Construction Services Department Manager/RSO at Universal Engineering Sciences since January 2018. From May 2004 to December 2017, Victor operated as a Laboratory & Project Engineer at Victor E Rivera & Assoc. Geotechnical Engineers, focusing on soils consulting and quality control in construction materials. Additionally, between August 2009 and May 2015, Victor contributed academically as a Part-Time Instructor at Universidad de Puerto Rico, teaching courses related to soils, foundations, pavement, materials testing, and construction management. Victor holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico, earned between 2001 and 2004.
