Amit Kumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Human Resources and leadership development, currently serving as the Founder & CEO of uExcelerate since August 2020. At uExcelerate, Amit has developed an AI-powered SaaS platform designed to enhance coaching culture and personalized leadership development within organizations by connecting internal coaches with certified external professionals. Prior to founding uExcelerate, Amit held key HR roles at HIL Limited, Today's Healthcare India Private Limited, Orient Cement Limited, Enterprise System Solutions, and Systems Technology International Inc., where responsibilities included driving organizational alignment, implementing innovative HR practices, and managing talent acquisition and development initiatives. Amit holds an Executive Program in Management from the University of California, Berkeley, a PGDM in Human Resources from Xavier Institute of Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Utkal University.
