Amit Kumar is the Founder and CEO of uExcelerate, a company focused on developing an AI-powered B2B SaaS platform for leadership enablement, enabling organizations to implement scalable leadership programs through a curated coaching marketplace. Prior to uExcelerate, Amit served as the Deputy General Manager of Corporate HR at HIL Limited, contributing to the company's transformation into an integrated green building materials firm and leading key initiatives in performance management and talent development. Amit holds an Executive MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar.
