Amit Mehra

Amit Mehra is the Founder and CEO of Leadership Crucible, serving since February 2020, and is an ICF-PCC certified Leadership, Executive, and Career Transition Coach with over 34 years of experience in the corporate sector. Amit currently also works as an Executive and Leadership Coach at uExcelerate, starting in April 2023. Previous roles include Chief Business and Strategy Officer at Sertürner Labs Pvt Ltd, Divisional Head at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, and various leadership positions at prestigious companies such as Medtronic, Johnson & Johnson, and Ranbaxy Laboratories. Amit holds an MBA in Management from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University).
