URJA, founded in 2014 as UF Academy & Studios, energizes communities and drives social change through mind-body programs measured by the UF Index. World-class certified coaches blend ancient practice with neuropsychology to build calm energy — a steady, focused presence that holds up under pressure — through dedicated work across sectors such as Law Enforcement, Education, and Aviation.

Under the URJA umbrella: URJA Lifestyle Care offers group and 1:1 coaching for individuals and teams; URJA Academy trains the next generation of certified coaches; and URJA Inside for Gyms partners with fitness studios to embed calm-energy programming into their offerings.

UF Academy & Studios is the official authorized South Asia partner of ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association), providing coaches across India and Sri Lanka with access to globally recognized fitness certifications.
