Maša Struna

Maša Struna has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Maša is currently serving as the Head of HR at UF PRO since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Novartis as a TA Business Partner from April 2020 to January 2023. Maša also has experience as an HR Manager at GenePlanet from September 2018 to April 2020. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR & Operations Assistant at The Student Room Group from November 2017 to August 2018. Maša also served in various roles at RINA, including Human Resources Advisor from December 2016 to November 2017 and Human Resources Assistant from May 2016 to November 2016. Maša Struna's early career includes work as a University Program Council Lectures & Forums Coordinator and General Psychology Teaching Assistant at South Dakota State University from August 2015 to May 2016. Maša also worked as a Community Assistant at South Dakota State University from December 2014 to May 2016. Additionally, Struna has prior experience as a Human Resources Intern at RINA for a brief period in July 2015, and as a Member of Local Voting Committee at the Slovenian State Election Commission in July 2014. Maša began their professional journey as an Intern Project Assistant at MPS Urbana in 2012.

Maša Struna completed a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at South Dakota State University from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Art Gymnasium Ljubljana from 2009 to 2013 and obtained a High School degree with focus on the Contemporary Dance module B. In addition, they obtained a CIPD Level 5 certification from CIPD in 2017.
