Charles Stull, MS, RDN, currently serves as the Director at Ultimate Fighting Championship since August 2023, following a tenure as the Senior Performance Nutrition Manager at UFC Performance Institute from August 2018 to August 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Athletic Performance Dietitian at UCLA Athletics from May 2017 to June 2018 and as a Dietetic Intern in various departments at UCLA from June 2015 to May 2017. Stull began his career as a Research Assistant at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in 2011. Stull holds a Master's Degree in Nutrition Sciences from California State University, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from American University.
