Chase Monarch is currently involved in Athlete Development at Ultimate Fighting Championship since November 2023, after completing an internship as a Partnership Marketing Coordinator at Excel Sports Management from June 2023 to September 2023. During this internship, Chase conducted strategic research to identify market trends in hospitality and brand marketing, collaborated with senior agents on partnership opportunities for a prominent boxer, and contributed to negotiation processes and relationship building.
