Joseph Williams

Joseph Williams has extensive experience in security management, currently serving as the Director of Event Security at Ultimate Fighting Championship since June 2011. In this role, Joseph oversees daily security operations, ensuring safety, OSHA compliance, and facilities management for the Las Vegas office, as well as coordinating security for events across various venues. Prior to this position, Joseph spent 18 years as Security Manager at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, where responsibilities included managing security for key areas such as the Grand Garden Arena and Wet Republic Pool. Joseph began the security career as a Security Officer at Las Vegas Hilton from August 1986 to November 1993.
