Kat Day

Kat Day is an experienced professional with a strong background in production management and performance within the entertainment industry. Currently serving as an Equipment Manager Specialist for the Ultimate Fighting Championship since July 2020, Kat has previously held key positions such as Production Director at TAO Group, overseeing a team across multiple venues, and System Project Manager at Champagne Creative Group, where communication and coordination for seamless events were crucial. With earlier roles including Dance Captain and Performer at Ballys Las Vegas and iCandy, Inc., in addition to a Production Designer at Belle of the Ball, Kat has developed a diverse skill set in talent management, event coordination, and creative design. Kat holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theatre from Butler University.
