Michael L. is currently an HR Associate at the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), where they work across Human Resources and Event Development, enhancing employee engagement and managing VIP experiences for major events. With a strong foundation in human resources and labor relations from previous roles at POP Fit Clothing, Resorts World Las Vegas, and Golden Nugget Las Vegas, Michael has developed a unique perspective on the dynamics of sports operations. They are pursuing a Master of Education in Intercollegiate and Professional Sports Management at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, focusing on sport innovation and event operations. Prior to their work with UFC, Michael gained valuable experience in event operations and marketing through internships with Tuff-N-Uff.
