Tracy Long

Tracy Long has extensive experience in the field of athlete compliance and regulation, serving in various leadership roles at the Ultimate Fighting Championship since September 2007, including Vice President of Athlete Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, Senior Director of Athlete Compliance and Regulation, Director of Athlete Relations, and Chief Paralegal. Prior to this, Tracy Long worked at the U.S. Department of Justice, USAO, District of Nevada from March 1985 to September 2007, holding positions such as Secretary to the United States Attorney and Legal Assistant for the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF).
